Actue stress for many days can lead several health issues like headaches, heart disease, insomnia, joint pain, ageing. If this disease is not treated it may last for several years. If one is not comfortable in doing exercises they can go for morning or evening walk atleast 4-5 times a week. This helps in proper blood circulation leading to lower release of stress hormones. Also one should avoid living in a company of people filled with negative thoughts. Spending time with friends and family members which motivates and support us are the ways to reduce this stress level. Other things include hiking, trekking, fishing, mountaineering etc completely changes the mood towards the positive aspects of life thus helping alot in reducing high level of stress.
One should understand the cause of stress and things which triggers it. This will inculcate problem solving attitude within an individual and also reduces the stress by building a positive approach towards the problem or situation which causes it. Living in a good company of people who supports and motivates in tuff situation will definitely reduce all the stress and tension in life. Being in Stress is always problematic therefore one should always try to avoid or reduce it.
